Enrollment Criteria
For enrollment as a 1500 hour Cosmetology, 400 hour Manicuring, 600 hour Advanced Manicuring, or 600 hour Instructor Trainee student, each prospective student will be required to attend three (3) separate interviews.
- First Interview is a personal interview. Each prospect will need to complete a confidential questionnaire with the Admissions Representative. If accepted they will watch the Patsy and Rob's Academy of Beauty Power Point presentation, and watch a Pivot Point DVD.
- Second Interview we will go over the enrollment agreement with prospective student.
- Items needed for second interview:
- 1.A high school diploma, or College Transcript Degree or G.E.D. certificate
- 2. A Birth Certificate, or Driver’s License or Missouri State I.D. Card, to show the minimum required age of seventeen.
- 3. A Social Security Card
- 4. Instructor Trainee/Applicant Only: a valid Missouri license for Cosmetology, Manicuring or Esthetician.
- 5. $100.00 Enrollment fee
- 6. 5 references
- Third Interview each prospective student will discuss financial obligations and fill out state license application and also get fitted for your new uniform.
- Items needed for third interview:
- 1. $3.00 for two passport type pictures (2” x 2”)
- 2. $25.00 money order payable to: Missouri State Baord of Cosmetology.
All three interviews are to be completed two (2) weeks prior to class start date.
