Financial Aid

Academy of Beauty by Patsy and Rob is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences, Alexandria, VA, and approved by the United States Department of Education for many state and federal financial assistance programs. Financial Aid is available to those who qualify. Application for Federal Student Aid may be obtained from the Financial Aid Office.

Pell Grant: In addition to demonstrating a financial need the student must:

  1. Be enrolled as a regular student;
  2. Have a high school diploma or recognized equivalent;
  3. Be either a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen;
  4. Be making satisfactory progress in his/her course of study; and
  5. File a statement of educational purpose and selective service registration status with the school.

Students are not eligible for a pell grant if he or she is enrolled in an elementary or secondary school or is in default on a student loan or owes a refund on a student grant from the U.S. Department of Education Loan Program.

At Patsy and Rob's Academy of Beauty we offer Financial Assistance available to those who qualify. We have cash payment plans and you can apply for Sallie Mae loan programs. www.salliemae.com

Rob and Patsy's Institute is not your typical beauty school. Our cosmetology school sets you up for success but allows room for creative freedom.

Student Loan Program:
For eligibility for the Missouri Guaranteed Student Loan Program a student applicant must:
Be enrolled or accepted for enrollment and maintaining satisfactory progress;
Be a U.S. Citizen or an eligible non-citizen;
Be a resident of Missouri ;
Not in default on any Missouri Guaranteed Student Loan, (any defaulted GSL or PLUS loans must be paid in full, prior to a guarantee being made);
Be in compliance with the Selective Service Registration requirements; and
Meet the requirements of a family adjusted gross income or provide income information to the school to determine financial need. The Academy uses
